1.	Can I make additional deposits at any time during the term of my CD?

Deposits are only accepted when the CD is opened or during the grace period upon maturity.

2.	What if I need to withdraw funds before my CD matures?

If you withdraw funds from a CD at any time other than during the grace period when it matures, an early withdrawal penalty applies. The amount of the penalty depends on the term of the CD.

3.	How often do CD rates change?

4.	How is a "Flex" type CD different than regular CDs?

Our Flex CD products provide the option to bump up the interest rate if the market goes up, without restarting your term or paying a fee. Conditions and limits vary by product.
